Michigan, sitting at 9-3, seems close to a lock to be heading to the Buffalo Wild Wings Citrus Bowl with three Big Ten teams probably heading to New Year’s Six Bowls (MSU, Iowa, OSU).
The SEC opponent sounding most likely to also land in the Citrus Bowl is LSU, which just beat Texas A&M and announced Les Miles would stay as the coach of the Tigers.
Had long convo w/ Citrus Bowl rep. Said they would strongly consider LSU-Michigan matchup if MSU-Iowa-OSU end up in New Year's 6 @1045espn

LSU – Michigan would certainly be a fun and intriguing matchup. Les Miles was a former player at Michigan and an assistant coach in Ann Arbor.
Other SEC programs, Florida, who plays Alabama in the SEC Championship Game, Ole Miss, and maybe Georgia, could also get the nod over LSU and face the Wolverines during the January 1st bowl game.
Here’s the likely bowl destination for the top Big Ten teams:
CFB Playoff: MSU/Iowa winner
New Year’s Six: MSU/Iowa loser
Rose: Ohio State
Citrus: Michigan
Outback: Northwestern
Holiday: Wisconsin
