Here’s How/When No. 1 Recruit Rashan Gary Will Anounce

The No. 1 recruit in American, Rashan Gary, will make his college choice on National Signing Day (Feb. 3rd) on his Twitter account (@RashanGary33).  InRecruit will also have a video that goes also along with the selection from the Paramus Catholic star:
