Former Ohio State wide receiver Julian Fleming announced that he will be heading to Penn State for his final year:

Ohio State travels to Happy Valley to take on Penn State next season.
That seemed to be the sign as Fleming once posted an NIL deal with a car company in Pennsylvania before announcing his transfer.
Fleming was the Buckeyes’ third WR this past season behind Emeka Ebuka and Marvin Harrison Jr.
He was ranked as the No. 1 WR and No. 5 player in the 2020 class.
