The recruitment of four-star DE Xavier Kelly is blowing up. Kelly, once a Kansas State commit, has received offers from nearly every major college program of recent. Michigan, one of the first teams to recognize the potential of the 6-foot-5, 255-pounder, who can run a 4.55-40, offered Kelly a scholarship back in March.
