The Michigan coaching staff is kicking off their ‘Summer Swarm Tour’ in Indianapolis at the Bishop Chatard Football Camp on Thursday. While Harbaugh has already told one camper that they ‘can’t talk recruiting‘, might the first day result in some positive recruiting news for the Wolverines?
One Michigan target, athlete Kiante Enis, who visited Ann Arbor this past weekend, is in attendance according to 247Sports ($).

Harbaugh started off the camp by letting everyone know NCAA rules:
