With the news that Oklahoma and Texas are officially going to leave the B1G sometime in the near future, there are many rumblings about other conference realignment. While we don’t know the credibility of this report (it is from a blogger for Barstool Sports), it notes that Michigan OSU, Clemson and FSU also are discussing about a potential massive conference:
SEC has been in serious contact with Ohio State, Michigan, Clemson, and Florida State.
Not clear if this will materialize, but they have their eyes on a true 20 team MEGA conference.
OU and Texas just the start. #ScoopCity

We’ll see how it all plays out but hard to imagine Ohio State or Michigan leaving any time soon.
Meanwhile, Kansas is apparently discussing with the B1G:
OPINION: this is the best case scenario for Kansas.
Texas and OU are gone. Sticking around in the B12 remnants is not in the best interest of KU.
