Michigan Takes Another Blow As It Loses Out On Its Top Transfer Target

Top USC DT Jay Toia, who visited Michigan over the weekend and posted a picture from the trip, announced he is heading to UCLA. The Bruins also did an edit of his pic donning Michigan.
