Cesar Ruiz, the top center in the 2017 class, continues to see movement in his Crystal Ball in favor of the Wolverines.

Before transferring to IMG, Ruiz was a teammate of 2016 Michigan signees Ron Johnson Jr. and Brad Hawkins at Camden High School in New Jersey.
