Hart is ranked as the No. 9 QB in the 2026 class to On3’s composite rankings but is as high as the No. 3 QB to Rivals.
Clemson and Miami are also trying to get Hart’s services.
Michigan has 2025 QB pledge Carter Smith, a fellow Florida native, committed as well. Smith is the reigning Gatorade Player of the Year winner in the state.
