Michigan Player Is Not Happy With NCAA

Grant Newsome was not too pleased with the NCAA regarding athletes having to pay taxes while the NCAA doesn’t:

Hey @NCAA, wanna take care of these taxes we owe on our rent checks? Seems like that’s fair since you claim we’re students, not employees, and all that other amateurism BS you spew every chance you get. Let me pay taxes on my monetized likeness, not stipends for rent and food.

And before anyone says it, I have absolutely no problem paying taxes. I have a problem when “amateur” student-athletes pay them for rent money, and a billion dollar corporation doesn’t pay a cent.
