Michigan No Longer Favorite To Land Top Texas Target After ‘Change Of Plans’

Jeremy Patton, a three-star LB/WR out of Texas, is set to make his college commitment today. Patton, who is down to Michigan, Texas and Baylor, says there is a change of plans…..and has seen many predictions go in favor of Baylor:
