Currently working with John Harbaugh. May soon be working with his brother.

Macdonald, who works under John Harbaugh, was last in college as Georgia’s LB coach in 2013.
One positive: Pairing Macdonald and Banks would make sense from a coaching background/emphasis standpoint. Most of the candidates I liked had secondary backgrounds, which Banks also has, so bringing in someone w/ an LB background makes a Banks co-DC pairing make a lot more sense.
