Michigan Makes Surprise Splash With New Coaches

While it was assumed Tank Wright was going to be the LBs coach, the Wolverines announced that Brian Jean-Mary, former USF Defensive Coordinator and Texas LB coach, will take over the LB job:

Michigan officially announced Bob Shoop as safeties coach and Brian Jean-Mary as linebackers coach. Jean-Mary was the USF defensive coordinator from 2017-19

Jeany-Mary has ties to Texas and Florida in recruiting.
