Michigan Football Player Has Smart Take On Coaches Leaving For New Jobs

Michigan OT Grant Newsome has this idea for the NCAA to make it harder for coaches to just leave for new jobs before violations hit:

On that note @NCAA if you want to stop cheating, stop letting coaches leave after the sanctions they caused are imposed. Put it in contracts that they have to repay their salaries if they commit any top tier allegations. Much better deterrent than postseason bans or vacated wins
