A defensive back out of Atlanta, Georgia, Sims, the No. 148 recruit and No. 17 CB in 2018, could vie for immediate playing time on special teams or as a backup defensive back. At 6-foot-2, 175-pounds, Sims is a rangy defender who could develop into a free safety.
