Michigan Coach Confirms Top DB Is Still Dealing With Injury

As DB coach Steve Clinkscale shared, Ja’Den McBurrows, a sophomore CB out of Florida, is still working through an injury.

Clinkscale confirms Ja’Den McBurrows is not back to 100% yet, but says he’s “like Junior Clink” out there in the meantime. Said he saw McBurrows’ physicality and quickness last year, and now his game understanding is improving.

Said he’s hopeful for a return this season.

The Wolverines will likely turn to the Green twins, DJ Turner, Mike Sainristil, and freshman Will Johnson at the top of the CB spot.
