After an offseason that was filled with new additions to Michigan’s staff, it all but seems certain that another will take place. Mo Linguist is likely headed to Buffalo to be their next head coach. Rumblings are that Steve Clinkscale, Kentucky’s DB coach who has Michigan connections, could be the front-runner to take the job.
Fully expect, per source, that Kentucky DB coach Steve Clinkscale will be a candidate to replace the recently departed Maurice Linguist at Michigan. Linguist briefly held the position of co-defensive coordinator/DB coach.

Clinscale coached at Cinci before joining the Kentucky staff as their DB coach. It was believed that he was a candidate the first time around this job opened.
