Look: Did Refs Try And Help OSU In Close Win Over Indiana?

In a game that Ohio State pulled out by a touchdown over Indiana there were several questionable calls by the refs. Whether it was the missed holding calls on the OSU DBs or this screenshot of a ref trying to trip Whop Philyor as he catches the ball:
