Michigan OC Josh Gattis raved about Joe Milton’s abilities while speaking with media, calling the sophomore QB one of the most improved on the team:
Joe Milton has thrown three pin-point accurate passes of at least 70 yards. Gattis says it's hard to track a ball for that long but tells the receivers, "Just keep running."

Michigan offensive coordinator Josh Gattis said QB Joe Milton had needed to work on his touch, rather than throwing a fast ball every throw.
Gattis said all the receivers have all five fingers still (no jammed fingers), so Milton has done a good job of reeling back his speed.
