James Franklin Takes Swipe At Penn State’s Recruiting Class

James Franklin has missed out some major in-state recruits for Penn State, and the Nittany Lions coach took a swipe at his current 2021 class.

James Franklin, being blunt on Penn State's Class of 2021 recruiting so far: "I want to be clear on this, that this class is not done, but up to this point, we haven't gotten it done. We have not recruited up to the standard that we normally have."

Franklin has several commits out of the state of Michigan. Wonder if they would think about looking elsewhere?
