HS Coach Thinks Michigan Is Building A ‘Pipeline’ To This Powerhouse School

After the Wolverines picked up the commitment from four-star LB Osman Savage out of St. Frances HS in Baltimore, former Michigan staffer Biff Poggi, the head coach at the school, tweeted out the following:
