Harbaugh Shares Why New Hire Switched Over To Defense

With Brian Jean-Mary’s departure to UT, Jim Harbaugh shared that Ron Bellamy was slated to coach on the defensive side of the ball back in January.

Jim Harbaugh said Ron Bellamy coaching the safeties was part of the original plan back in December-January, when Brian Jean-Mary left for Tennessee the opportunity to hire Matt Weiss came up, so he hired Weiss and moved Bellamy from wide receivers to safeties.
