Four-Star WR Tarik Black Moves Up Announcement Date

Tarik Black, who was originally scheduled to announce in January at the US Army All-American Game, will be making a decision (with the help of a Bleacher Report video) in the next 2-3 weeks. This should mean good news for Michigan with the four-star WR:
