Four-Star Shayne Simon Announces Commitment

Shayne Simon, a four-star linebacker out of New Jersey, committed to Notre Dame on Tuesday:

Simon, the No. 132 recruit in 2018, picked the Irish over Michigan and others. Simons joins the Ademilola twins (Jayson and Justin) as St. Peters Prep products in Notre Dame’s 2018 class.

Don’t expect the Wolverines to give up on the recruitment for the 6-foot-3, 215-pounder even those he’s now an Irish pledge.
