The Wolverine snagged former Ohio State on-campus director of Recruiting, Erin Dunston, to head the Director of Operations under Sherrone Mooer. Dunston, who was also the assistant AD at OSU, apparently had quite a few fans in Columbus including star freshman WR Jeremiah Smith:
