Florida Loses Leading Tackler To Season Ending Injury

According to reports, Florida will be without redshirt senior safety Macell Harris, the team’s leading tackler last year, after he suffered a torn achilles tendon on Wednesday.

Harris, arguably the Gators’ top defensive player, finished 2016 with 73 tackles, four tackles-for-loss, one sack, two interceptions, one pass breakup, one quarterback hurry, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery
