Five-Star Flips Commitment On Singing Day, Could He Actually Be Headed Elsewhere?

A one-time Notre Dame commit, five-star and top 15 recruit Payton Bowen announced for Oregon on signing day. However, the Texas native has not yet signed with the Ducks and looks like Oklahoma could be the eventual destination. Bowen, a safety, has seen some predictions go in favor of the Sooners since announcing for Oregon.
