Did OSU Commit A Violation With Its Injury Report Ahead Of PSU Game?

Ohio State and Penn State are set to square off in a top matchup this afternoon in Columbus. Ahead of the game, Treveyon Henderson was listed as ‘out’  that the Buckeyes sent to the Big Ten. However, Ryan Day shared that he will be a ‘game-time decision’:

Ryan Day just told ESPN that TreVeyon Henderson will be a gametime decision against Penn State today. He’s listed as out on the injury report OSU sent to the Big Ten.
