CFB Playoff Chairman Explains Why UM Isn’t Ranked In Top 25

Michigan stayed unranked in the CFB Playoff Top 25 Rankings after the second week. According to CFB Playoff Chairman Kirby Hocutt, the fact that the Wolverines don’t have a win over a team above .500 is hurting the Wolverines.
