BYU RB Down At Three-Yard Line, Refs Rule It A Touchdown

How this play wasn’t reviewed, I’ll never know. BYU RB Paul Lasike was clearly down at the three-yard line, but lunged forward and crossed the goal line and fooled the refs. The touchdown tied the game at 38, but Memphis would go on to win in double OT.

The Miami Beach Bowl was quite eventful and there was a massive brawl after the game.
