Brian Kelly Takes Slight Jab At Jim Harbaugh After ND/Michigan Renewal

After it was announced that Michigan will travel to South Bend on September 1st, 2018, and then Notre Dame will head to Ann Arbor on October 26th, 2019, Brian Kelly delivered the following tweet.
