Spencer Brown, a four-star OL out of Walled Lake, Michigan, visited Ann Arbor this past weekend. As Rice Beard, a Michigan State writer noted, Brown, the No. 11 in-state prospect for 2019, has no plans of flipping towards the Maize and Blue.
