ACC Refs Bring Out Chains To Measure, Ball Was 3 Yards Short Of First Down

It’s not a good sign when your ref crew cannot blatantly tell that this was not even remotely close to a first down. Lord only knows what else they missed during the Duke-Virginia Tech game.
