Tim Hardaway Jr. is returning to New York, Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting:

Hardaway, a 4-year pro, averaged 14.5 ppg for the Hawks. Atlanta can match the Knicks offer to Hardaway.

New York drafted the former Wolverine with the 24th pick in the 2013 draft.
