College basketball teams will be featured in a video game for the first time since 2009, ESPN’s Darren Rovell is reporting. Below are some tweets from Rovell detailing how colleges will appear in the upcoming NBA 2K16 video game.
2K has indeed gotten the licenses to at least 10 college teams & will have college basketball.

If 2K does add colleges this year to its NBA game, expect just jerseys & logos. You'll have to make your own players to fit the roster.

2K apparently has an agreement with these 11 schools: Arizona, Arizona State, Connecticut, Georgetown, Kansas, Louisville, Michigan, Texas, UCLA, Villanova and Wisconsin.
