While it was assumed that Michigan was going to be the front-runner to land former FAU star guard Johnell Davis, the AAC Co-Player of the Year winner, it sounds as though the Wolverines were never in the running as Davis wasn’t a graduate and might have issues getting admitted into school. Meanwhile, arguably the top transfer on the market, is believed to be receiving quite a bidding war with Arkansas being the likely landing spot with new coach John Calipari.
🚨Prediction🚨
Former FAU G Johnell Davis to Arkansas if he doesn’t turn pro. Arkansas has a bunch of NIL opportunities for Nelly, and a coach known for getting players to the NBA pic.twitter.com/oBiKmgsj5p

Michigan is believed to be nearing a commitment from FAU transfer center Vlad Goldin but will likely look to add one more guard to its roster for next season.
This is what I’m hearing as well. Looking like Johnell Davis is going to end up an Arkansas Razorback. Not 100% done deal yet but they’re closing it up. https://t.co/SpET4mEvjJ
