Michigan pulled out a 72-70 overtime win over Northwestern during Big Ten Tournament play on Thursday. Chris Collins, Northwestern’s head coach, voiced his frustrations with the refs following the game.
“It’s a tough loss because I thought we deserved to win the game,” Collins rasped. “But sometimes other things come into play. And you have to live with it when you try to climb the mountain, but that’s for another day.”
“I don’t know,” he said, before wading in. “You guys saw the end of regulation. Looked like a lot of steps on the end line with Duncan Robinson, but I don’t know. You guys watched the game. Make your own determination.”

Robinson wound up splitting the free-throws with Alex Olah then hit the following shot as time expired to force OT:
