Michigan Receives Prediction For Top Shooting Guard

Noah Locke, a four-star guard out of Owing Mills, Maryland, visited Michigan earlier in June where he received an offer. Locke, who could play the 1 or 2 at the next level, received a Crystal Ball prediction from Jeff Erman (who writes for Maryland’s 247sports site):
