Michigan Lands Top UNC Transfer Guard, Loses One-Time Key Contributor

While Michigan went into the transer portal to land UNC PG Elliott Cadeau, they also lost Sam Walters, who had been dealing with a back injury the last half of the season, to the portal:

NEWS: Michigan forward Sam Walters is entering the transfer portal, @LeagueRDY has learned.

Walters is a former-star recruit who began his career playing one season at Alabama before playing this past season at Michigan.

Cadeau is a former HS All-American who was a top 15 recruit.
