Four-star 2020 QB Harrison Bailey is set to announce his college commitment this evening between Tennessee and Michigan. While the Wolverines were once believed to be the front-runner for the Georgia native, several crystal balls have been coming in for the Vols ahead of the announcement.

Bailey is ranked as the No. 3 QB in next year’s class.
