Michigan Bench Player Puts Up Huge Numbers In Scrimmage
Published
In a closed scrimmage earlier this week vs. U of D, Michigan got quite a performance from sophomore guard David DeJulius.
Update from Michigan's closed scrimmage vs. Detroit Mercy:
Michigan won at Crisler Center, 82-75
David DeJulius led U-M with 21 pts off the bench, making 7-8 3-ptrs. Jon Teske added 15 pts, 7 rebs, 5 assts. Isaiah Livers with 14 pts. Zavier Simpson with 7 pts, 7 rebs, 13 asts.
Brandon Johns (sprained ankle) did not play for Michigan. I'm told he's on track to play in U-M's Nov. 5 opener against Appalachian State. If this had been a regular-season game, he would've suited up.
