5-Star PG Emmanuel Mudiay Won’t Play At SMU, Going Pro Instead

Larry Brown and SMU are losing their blue-chip recruit for the 2014 class according to SI’s Luke Winn. Emmanuel Mudiay, the nation’s No.1 PG prospect, has decided to forgo playing at Southern Methodist and will instead pursue professional basketball (probably in Europe) to support his mother. Mudiay is a potentially the No.1 pick in the 2015 NBA Draft.
