Jameis Winston, Florida State’s Heisman winning quarterback and the baseball team’s closer, was involved in a benches clearing brawl during Florida’s upset win over No.1 Florida State during Tuesday night’s game in Jacksonville. Things broke out after the Seminoles’ D.J. Stewart was running to first-base and Florida’s pitcher Danny Young got in Stewart’s way.
No punches were thrown. However, the Gators’ Zack Powers and Danny Young, and the Seminoles’ D.J. Stewart were ejected as a result of the brawl.
