Pro-Michigan Developments With The Nation’s Top Center

Its long been assumed that it would be a Michigan vs. Alabama battle for Cesar Ruiz, the top center in the country.  However, according to Rivals’ Brandon Brown, Alabama, already with four offensive lineman committed, wouldn’t take the IMG Academy product in their class.
