New NCAA Rule Bans Harbaugh From Photos With Recruits

The NCAA put in place a rule Saturday afternoon (while the Wolverines were holding a satellite camp in Florida) that prohibits staff members from taking photos with recruits or their families before, during, or after non-institutional camps.

Jim Harbaugh had to hit pause on an autograph session during a camp with USF this afternoon.
