Michigan Offers Four-Star 2017 QB Davis Mills

Michigan sent out an offer to four-star quarterback David Mills on Sunday evening. Mills, the No.5 ranked pro-style QB in the 2017 class, shared his excitement with his Twitter followers:

Mills, a Norcross, Georgia native, already holds offers from Cal, Louisville, Arkansas, Arizona State, Miami (Fla.),  Stanford, UCLA and West Virginia.
