According to Curbed.com, Chicago Bulls’ forward Joakim Noah has put his recently purchased mansion up for sale. The Tribune is reporting that Noah is selling the Lincoln Park house, which he purchased a year ago, for a place closer to the United Center and the Bulls’ new training center.
Noah’s house, which he bought for $2.85M, is selling for $3.15M (see photos of the house here). The 7,500-square foot home has seven bedrooms, five and a half baths and an incredible outdoor area.
Noah, who played in 67 games last season for Chicago, averaged 7.2 ppg and 9.6 rpg. Noah, set to be a free-agent after the year, is set to make $13,400,000 this upcoming season.
