Yahoo’s Adrian Wojnarowski is reporting that the Sacramento Kings are unloading Nik Stauskas’ contract to the 76ers in an effort to free up cap-space in order to sign some big names (Monte Ellis, Rajon Rondo, Wes Mathews). Sacramento is also sending Carl Landry and Jason Thompson to Philadelphia.
The Kings are sending Nik Stauskus to the 76ers as part of the deal too, league sources tell Yahoo Sports.

Stauskas, the No. 8 pick in last year’s draft, should see plenty more playing time in Philadelphia than he did in Sacramento. The 76ers just recently released Stauskas’ former teammate at Michigan, Glenn Robinson III.
