Did Officials Get Call Right On Controversial Out-Of-Bounds Play In Game 3?

With the Warriors cutting the Cavs lead to only three points and 18 seconds left in Game 3, it appeared that Golden State would have a shot to tie. Refs originally ruled it to be the Warriors ball after the below inbounds play, however after looking at the replay and a lot of confusion, it was determined that Klay Thompson was out-of-bounds while touching the ball.
