Five-star small forward Brandon Ingram is set to announce his college decision Monday evening. The Kinston, North Carolina native is reportedly down to Duke, Kentucky and North Carolina.
While Duke is the favorite on the crystal ball predictions, some Duke Twitter fans are jumping to the conclusion that the No. 3 prospect in the class is headed to Durham because of the snapchat he sent his followers of his new haircut.
